We completed this three-bedroom townhouse in Redwood Park as part of our full design and project management service. The property was stripped back to shell and core, allowing us to extend the entrance, open up the kitchen and create a spacious, open-plan ground floor. New finishes were introduced throughout to achieve a light, airy and polished interior. A quick turnaround and carefully selected, cost-effective materials were key to the project’s successful delivery.
Headley Hall.
Set within the Surrey countryside, this remarkable Grade II-listed residence features six bedrooms and sits within expansive grounds, complete with a working farm and horse stables. The client appointed us to provide project and procurement management services, carefully coordinating the finishing touches, furniture and styling required to transform this beautiful property into a warm and welcoming home.

For this project, a group of investor clients wanted a high-potential property in a well-established, sought-after community—with a fast turnaround and strong returns. Acting on their behalf, we acquired a three-bedroom Type 3E villa in The Springs and completed a full turnkey renovation. From acquisition to completion, the project was delivered in just five months and generated an impressive 29% return on investment.

We provided expert procurement services, delivering a beautiful and cohesive furniture, operating supplies and equipment (OS&E) package that transformed the property into a fully appointed home.
